Mercedes-Benz – CEP
This was a modernisation project that controlled the production line of every vehicle produced or assembled in the Mercedes-Benz factory. It also regulated the operation process. We designed the platform so that users could log in via LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol). Factory employees could now control the vehicles on the production lines and arrange their forthcoming operations. We also added a simulation feature, a way to check the number of daily workers, and a productivity calculator that uses the number of vehicles needed to be produced. This project helped automate many parts of the production line.
