Decathlon requested an all-inclusive system that could display surveys, sales figures, visitor numbers, and recent posts from Facebook and Instagram on screens in their stores. A web-based dashboard was designed to bring all these data points and content pieces together. The data feed (except Facebook and Instagram) was provided from an Excel file. The refresh time of different parts of the screen was controlled by Decathlon using a config file. With this product, Decathlon was able to broadcast their desired content not only in their stores, but also on their desktop computers and other channels.
