Joint-Stock Automotive Company – Material Track and Trace
Tofaş, the Turkish automaker, sought an automation solution for their material transport and tracking process, aiming to monitor the entire manufacturing material lifecycle, including shipments and routes across land, air, and sea. In response, we developed an automated system to track the real-time location of shipments, providing timely notifications to transporters in case of delays. Additionally, we implemented a tender initiation system for material transportation and another platform for suppliers to submit offers. This structured process allowed the successful bidder to seamlessly proceed with operations, contributing to the enhanced efficiency of our client’s overall operations.
