Leading Telecommunication Services Company – Call Centre Surveys

The client, a leading telecommunication services company, required a survey software for their customer solutions department. Their call centre’s customers would fill in these surveys and the generated reports were used for the client’s business. We developed a web project that could create generic surveys using ASP.NET MVC. These surveys were then delivered to users via email. After these questionnaires were filled, the client was able to examine the data with our interactive dashboard and comprehensive reports.
