Visitor Management SaaS – Visitor Management System
For the client, Noqnoq, we developed a SaaS application that provided visitor management services for building owners and facility management companies. It enabled a safe and secure visitor experience in these buildings and facilities. It was designed so that employees could invite people with predefined invitations or visit information dynamically via the Noqnoq mobile application, web dashboard or Outlook integration. These visitors could then register themselves on the platform before coming to the facility. Confirmations would get sent to the invitees after their visitors arrived. The visitors could watch an NDA and/or security video in a kiosk if required. Their client company now had a modernised visitor management system.
