In response to the client’s outdated ERP system built on obsolete technology, we recognised the impracticality of making modifications to meet evolving demands due to high costs and time constraints. Consequently, we embarked on the development of an entirely new ERP system. To ensure a seamless transition and minimise disruption to business processes, we implemented a partial go-live strategy, introducing the new system module by module. With the successful implementation, the client gained the capability to oversee and manage all aspects of their operations, including budget and pricing, sales, finance, purchasing, operations, sales support, and after-sales services, through the upgraded ERP application.
