Our client wanted to launch the Kobo eReader. To enhance customer experience, we embedded vMerch Motion, one of our IoT solutions, onto the Kobo eReader and similar devices. Thanks to this ground-breaking technology, customers who examined the products could obtain detailed information on a separate screen as soon as they held them. Additionally, if a customer picked up more than one product to examine, the promotional content on the screen turned into a comparison. This solution proved to be highly effective in promoting the devices.
