Previously, employees at the Mercedes factory were informed of production errors through telephone calls or emails, which proved to be slow and inefficient. To enhance this process, we designed and developed a web application that facilitated faster and more streamlined error tracking, efficient assignment of responsible personnel, and seamless reporting. By implementing the dynamic workflow process, tasks were created and monitored, allowing the client to track progress effectively. The web application significantly improved operational efficiency and communication within the production error management system.
